Dr Nutt had grown his practice to 12 locations and ultimately sold to Great Expressions Dental Centers and retired from practice. Along his career though he acquired or developed several of his own offices. After leasing back for 5 years Great Expressions consolidated from the 3845 Medical Park Drive property.
Dr Nutt consulted with Michael Ulin to explore the two options: 1) Retain the property and re-tenant to pursue rental income tenant 2) Or monetize by marketing and selling the asset in a small healthcare corridor
RESULTS

Given Dr Nutt’s entrepreneurial style the location was large for a typical general dentist. Michael however, secured the ideal buyer, another growing dentist in the Austell market and navigated the closing of the sale. Dr Nutt was able to leverage real estate as a powerful tool for wealth building.
