SITUATION
As Pediatric Associates (PAL) was reviewing office costs and future expansion a collaborative relationship was formed with Michael for strategic long-term planning. While outgrowing its current space in Lawrenceville, Michael was engaged to represent Dr. Sheth evaluate long term options including potential ownership.
RESULTS
After assessing market leasing options to best accommodate patients we analyzed numbers and determined ownership would be a more efficient and beneficial path long term for both the practice and personally.

- Helped bring a joint venture construction partner to deliver a unique physician ownership opportunity
