With three years of planning in place the practice was able to make the move to a customized clinic and surgery suite supporting the practice growth and the required image and needs of patients.
RESULTS
Michael was engaged to represent the practice in it's the relocation of the clinical office and surgery center in Alpharetta. During the planning stage we analyzed adequately reviewed potential ownership opportunities. Ultimately, we secured an equity component in building being converted to medical space as a component of the long-term lease.
