Thinking about long term practice objectives, Cobb Nephrology realized a need to expand to accommodate patients. Further, the group had evaluated if real estate ownership could be a part of the long term practice and physician asset plan.
RESULTS
Michael was engaged to help assess the numbers and navigate the acquisition process for medical office space to house the practice. Leveraging Michael’s financial background and real estate expertise the Physicians secured a long-term home for practice which incorporated practice growth as well as build equity in the property.
