SITUATION
Children’s Wellness Center was rapidly outgrowing their Sandy Springs clinic. Michael Ulin was engaged to help devise a strategy to explore the market and identify best location options to enhance patient care and to advocate for the practice in the lease negotiation.
RESULTS
We assessed practice operations to determine critical needs and efficient space while tending to growth of the practice. The relocation for CWC provided a customized new space that maximized patient exams, improved patient flow and overall staff and patient experience.
